Hel faces distrust and accusations from the mage guild who consider her a dangerous death light. She must decide whom to trust while fighting demons and maintaining her humanity, as the lines between friend and foe become increasingly blurred.

Despite being on opposite sides of the conflict, Hel develops a deep connection with the demon Mercurin. Meanwhile, her best friend Nova's capture by elves forces her to make difficult choices about following her heart and risking everything for love and friendship.
