His journey took him on a Semester at Sea study abroad program, where he immersed himself in a variety of cultures. This continuous exposure to diversity rewired his thinking and broadened his perspective on the world. Every new adventure, whether it was exploring innovative practices at leading companies or traveling to over 90 countries, pushed him beyond the boundaries of his humble Midwestern upbringing.

Over time, he managed to let go of the constraints of past conditioning and self-doubt.
