Team Assistant / Founders Associate
Generalist for communication, books & AI (all genders)

We are snackz. We bring AI to the book market and build solutions that make publishers' lives easier and books more visible. Now we're looking for someone to roll up their sleeves with us: right alongside our three founders, with plenty of room to shape things and real responsibility.
What to expect
No two days are the same. You support us wherever it's needed most — for example in these areas:
- Marketing & Communication: Content, social media, newsletters, events. You help to make us shine!
- Customer Success & Support: Preparing meetings, creating proposals, supporting pilots. You keep our sales team's back free in the back office.
- Research & Concepts: You analyse tools, market and competition and help us develop new ideas.
- Internal Organisation: You help build structures and processes that make us faster and better.
- AI & Automation: You figure out where AI tools and automation make us more efficient internally — and implement it.
- Startup environment: Sometimes it gets messy, sometimes deadlines are tight, and the ambitions are always bigger than the capacity. If you're good with that, we're a match!
What you bring
Must-haves
- A generalist profile: You enjoy variety and are curious.
- Absolute reliability: You're structured, keep the overview and don't need to be chased.
- High quality standards: You work conscientiously and review your results critically before passing them on.
- Interest in AI & automation: You know what LLMs, agents & co. can do, and can independently develop and implement ideas for AI-assisted or fully automated processes.
- Languages: Good written and spoken German and English.
Nice-to-have
- Advanced knowledge in one of the following areas:
- Sales
- Marketing & Communication
- AI & Automation
- Book market & publishing
- You've worked in a startup before and know what that means.
